Emma Blass is a communications and digital media executive with over 11 years international experience working in scientific, educational, and corporate domains. Emma is responsible for managing and developing the online, print, and video communications and media materials of the Hussman Institute for Autism.
A major goal of Emma’s work is to develop educational and informative materials that are accessible to a wide audience, including those without a scientific background. She strives to positively impact the lives of people with autism and their families, combining the human side of autism with vital research into its neurological basis, and spreading the important work of the Institute.
Prior to joining the Hussman Institute for Autism, Emma was a senior marketing and program development manager at another institute; an e-learning developer for a leading British university and a government agency; a communications and marketing manager in the private sector; and an advertising representative for a large British media group.
Born and raised in England, Emma received a BA (Honours) in Digital Media, Video and Film Production from the University of Wolverhampton.
